Matchu pijem už dlhší čas, vyskúšal som rôzne značky a rôznu kvalitu čaju matcha. Ak je čaj menej kvalitný, má farbu viac dohneda a chuť nie je veľmi lahodná. V takých prípadoch si ho dochucujem trochou citrónovej šťavy. V prípade tohto produktu má však čaj krásnu zelenú farbu a žiadne dochucovanie nie je potrebné. Čaj je lahodný sám o sebe.
